Annual 1st Harpenden Bonfire Fundraiser

To all Parents / Carers / Guardians of Beavers, Cubs and Scouts, Leaders, Volunteers and Friends of 1st Harpenden.

On 2nd November, 1st Harpenden are hosting our annual bonfire fundraiser with food, drinks, games and of course a huge roaring fire ! This is one of our main events of the year and is always huge fun. We really mean it when we say everyone is welcome, siblings, cousins, aunties, uncles, grandparents, all welcome. The leaders have worked hard to put this together so please show your appreciation and come to the Scout Hut for Bonfire, Games, Food ‘n Fun between 6pm and 8pm on Thursday 2nd November.

• Start at 6pm, end around 8pm.
• Hot soup, hot drinks, hot dogs & popcorn
• Parlour games and stalls
• Cake & cookie stall
• Sparkler corner
• Bonfire and campfire songs
• The evening is open to all (including families who do not have children in the group). Please come on foot since there is no parking at the hut. If anyone absolutely must come by car, then please park in neighbouring streets considerately (avoid Kipling Way and Shakespeare Road).
